The ITS Service Desk is the one of the primary technological support resources for students, faculty and staff to have their technological issues resolved.

We provide 24/7 support through phones, chat, web, and walk-in services. Our phone, chat, walk-in services and social media teams all utilize a mixture of both full-time staff along with our student staff and all are excellent training grounds for student employees to hone their technological and professional skill sets.

Student employees come to us from many majors and personal backgrounds; all are welcome as long as they have a love of tech and a desire to help others!
